Help My Windows 7 Computer Was Upgraded to Windows 10!!

Now you have a blank blue screen with nothing that you recognize.

Where is My Computer and My Files?

My Computer has been renamed to This PC.

You can put a shortcut on your desktop, pin it to the taskbar, or start menu. Right click on Start, scroll to Windows System, expand, scroll this PC, Right click, select more.

Your files are now in a folder called File Explorer, you can place a shortcut to File Explorer on your Taskbar.

Open Start Menu by clicking on the Windows icon in bottom left corner or press the Windows key.

Click on the File Explorer icon near bottom left of Start Menu (hover cursor over icon to see name).

File Explorer will open and button will appear on Taskbar, right click on the button and select Pin to taskbar.

File Explorer is now on the taskbar.

Click on the File Explorer Icon on the Taskbar, and file explorer will open, displaying your computer and shortcuts to your files.
